In this review of learning management systems, much remains to be done, but we anticipate that the study will generate crucial findings in the field of LMS research. Future studies would be encouraged to test and improve upon the LMS model.

We intend to continue pursuing this line of investigation in a series of studies and investigate how instructors and learners successfully utilize more LMS tools to enhance their performance. With the development of LMS, further research should aid LMS developers in creating a finalized LMS model so that instructors and students can have access to the most effective ways to use these technologies to improve the teaching and learning experience in higher education.
